How does lyme disease physically effect my dog? - lyme disease 1500 feet

My 18 pound Chihuahua / Terrier (3 years) was diagnosed with Lyme mixing a few months ago. He received his stroke and had to treat 2 sets of pills. I realized that sometimes limps, and I wondered what other physical effects of the disease have it in May. He'd go a problem with toilets recently (ie home!) Not sure if this would be associated with Lyme disease in combination.
